Three sizes, fixed prices, done by someone who did it for his own shop.

I do one thing: give an Etsy shop its own IndieMade store, next to the Etsy shop, and make it look like the maker. Pick the package that fits your shop. The scope and the price are fixed before we start, and I explain everything as I go, in normal words.

  • Setup

    Up to 25 listings on your own store, inventory synced with Etsy, your own domain, payments, shipping and tax set up, and an IndieMade theme dressed in your logo, colors and fonts.

    Everything in Setup, up to 75 listings, plus a homepage and design that look like you, not a template.

  • Full shop

    Setup + Design for bigger shops: 76 to 200 listings. Bigger shops get a written quote.

  • Care plan

    Small changes, uploads and check-ins after launch. Up to 1 hour a month, no rollover, with a reply within 2 business days.

    $39a month, optional add-on

After launch you pay IndieMade directly: $15 a month after a 30-day free trial, plus your domain (usually $10 to $20 a year) and card processing. No ongoing fee to me unless you choose the care plan.

Product importYour live Etsy listings, with photos, prices and variations. Up to 25 for Setup, up to 75 for Setup + Design, and up to 200 for Full shop. Bigger shops get a written quote.
Etsy inventory syncSet up so stock stays in step with Etsy. Inventory only, on purpose, so your Etsy listings are never rewritten.
Domain and secure checkoutYour own domain connected, with the padlock.
Payments, shipping and tax setupCard payments connected and your shipping and tax settings in place, so you can take orders on day one.
Basic SEOPage titles and descriptions, and a sitemap so search engines can find every page.
Reviews brought overYour Etsy reviews come over with your listings.
Delivery windowAbout 1 week for Setup, 2 weeks for Setup + Design and 3 weeks for Full shop, counted from your deposit and access to your IndieMade account.
Google visitor stats and search listingGoogle Analytics and Search Console set up, with your sitemap sent to Google. Included in Setup + Design and Full shop. A $75 add-on for Setup.

Anything outside the scope gets a written quote as an add-on before any work starts.

03 How we work

How we work together

  • Fixed price, agreed in writing before anything starts.

  • 50% deposit to start, 50% when the store is delivered.

  • Two rounds of revisions are included.

  • If something extra comes up, I quote it before doing it.

  • Payment is by invoice, paid by card or bank transfer.

  • If you cancel before work starts, your deposit comes back in full. After that, you pay only for the work done.

  • One store at a time, so you get my full attention.

You own everything: your domain, your IndieMade account, your content. You grant me access from your own account, and I never need your password.

The founding rate is a trade

The first three clients pay a founding rate on any package: $375 instead of $450, $750 instead of $900, or $1,050 instead of $1,300. In return I ask for a testimonial and permission to show your store in a case study, with your own numbers staying private unless you choose to share them. If that's not for you, the standard rate is always there.
